On Saturday night we headed down to our usual spot, Club Yoyo, for the Official Listen Out Music Festival After Party.
The night was hosted by Anderson Paak, Travis Scott and ASAP Ferg, which brought rowdy fans in from as early as 10.30pm. The venue was chaotic by 12pm, with fans surrounding the stage area, eager to see the live performances.
Our very own, Phil Butter was spinning the decks before California's Anderson Paak took to the stage creating liveliness and energy amongst the crowd with his soulful sound. He performed tracks from his 2016 album Malibu, including his hit single The Season/Carry Me. He also had the whole crowd vibing toNxWorries - Suede.
Travis Scott followed amping up his fans with hits from his latest album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight, including Beibs in the Trap, Goosebumps, Pick up the Phone as well as a few of his older crowd favourites. Scott sure knows how to wind up his audience.
ASAP Ferg on his fourth visit to Melbourne, closed the nights live performances, taking the crowd to a "NEW LEVEL." The crowd danced and sang along toWork, and Shabba both from Trap Lord, as well as his club hitNew Level.
We had an epic night with our crew, and it was great to see so many familiar faces. Thanks to our fam at Yoyo for holding such an unforgettable night. Until next time...
