Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries all over the globe. If the country you are located in is not listed upon check out, please contact us and we will have this updated.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not offer a pick up service. Your order will be posted to you.
Is everything on the online store in stock?
Yes, all items listed on our online store are in stock unless it is specifically mentioned.
How long does it take to process / post an order?
Your order will be processed / posted within 3 business days of placing the order.
I am interested in carrying Sokudo in my store, how can I setup a wholesale account?
If you are interested in stocking our items in your store, please complete the form on our support page with all your information.
Sokudo offers exchanges but no refunds. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us on the support page indicating the reason for the return and including your email proof of purchase.
Returns must be sent within 7 days of purchase and must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition (including all tags & packaging).
We recommend you using a trackable service as Sokudo cannot be held liable for lost shipments.
Please note the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
Sokudo regrets that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.
Please note we can only process the return of items purchased at www.sokudostyle.com. Purchases made from other retailers, including department stores must be returned to the place of original purchase and are subject to the return policy of that retailer.
